Your duties

  • Support of our residential and commercial properties in commercial and technical respects
  • Object documentation and maintenance of base data
  • Preparation of the annual service charges statements
  • Examination and approval of notices and invoices
  • Execution of e-mail, telephone and letter correspondences with tenants, craftsmen, suppliers
  • Carrying out regular object inspections in the Rhine-Ruhr area

Your profile

  • Completed training in real estate economics or comparable studies, alternatively many years of professional experience in the real estate segment
  • Independent and self-reliant way of working
  • competent and communicative personality with negotiating skills and diplomacy
  • Class B driving licence
  • good MS-Office knowledge
  • Knowledge of the immoware24 software would be an advantage
